At Trendevers, we are committed to providing high-quality digital products and a satisfying learning experience. Please read our policy carefully regarding cancellations and refunds for digital courses and e-books.
1. Digital Products - All Sales Final (E-books & Courses)
Due to the instant, digital nature of our products (e-books and online courses), all sales are generally considered final and non-refundable once the purchase is complete and access has been granted. This is because:
- Immediate Access: Upon purchase, you gain immediate and full access to the digital content.
- Irreversibility: Digital products cannot be "returned" in the same way physical goods can.
We encourage you to carefully review the product descriptions, course outlines, and any available previews before making a purchase to ensure it meets your needs.
2. Exceptions for Refunds
While sales are generally final, we understand that exceptional circumstances may arise. Refunds may be considered only in the following rare situations, at our sole discretion:
- Technical Issues Preventing Access: If you experience persistent technical issues that prevent you from accessing the purchased digital product, and our support team is unable to resolve them within a reasonable timeframe (e.g., 48 hours), a refund may be issued. You must provide evidence of the technical issue.
- Duplicate Purchase: If you accidentally purchase the exact same product twice.
- Gross Misrepresentation: If the digital product is found to be grossly misrepresented in its description or does not match the advertised content, we may offer a refund or an alternative product. Evidence of misrepresentation will be required.
To request a refund under these exceptional circumstances, you must contact us at only.trendevers@gmail.com within 7 days of your purchase. Please include:
- Your full name
- Email address used for the purchase
- Order number
- Detailed explanation of the issue and why you believe you are eligible for a refund.
All refund requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. If a refund is approved, it will be processed within 5-10 business days to the original method of payment.
3. No Refunds For:
- Change of mind.
- Lack of time to complete a course or read an e-book.
- Dissatisfaction with the content if it aligns with the product description and previews.
- Failure to apply the knowledge gained from the course/e-book.
4. Cancellation Policy
- Course Enrollment: Once you enroll in a digital course, your enrollment is active immediately, and it cannot be cancelled for a refund due to the instant access provided.
- E-book Downloads: Once an e-book is purchased and the download link is provided, the sale is final.
